Coming from Los Angeles, we really had no idea about what area we might like, but we did have certain criteria. Four bedrooms, 3-car garage, in a neighborhood where the houses weren't separated with walls but rather by saguaros. We set up our "scouting day" and once we got to town, Stephanie took us all over Tucson, showing us the houses she'd found that she thought we might like. She was right – many were beautiful. Ultimately, we decided to buy land and build a home instead, and Stephanie easily switched gears, helping us find a lot and close the deal. She even helped us get needed documents from the city (such a help since we were so far away). We can't say enough about how dedicated and professional she was; about how warm and funny she was, and is. It was a pleasure to work with her.
